Refund policy

We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at: opulentlybeautiful@gmail.com. 

Please be advised that all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. We kindly ask for your understanding as this helps cover our costs associated with processing returns.

To be eligible for a return, it is crucial that the item bought does not have a clear "final sale" note on the posting description before being purchased.  If the item is returnable, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with unremoved and untampered Opuluxellc tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items and inclusions such as Certificate of Authenticity, original dust bag and original box that came with original purchase must be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email to your registered email address which you used to register on our store website and a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues Before Shipping:

Prior to delivery, each item undergoes a thorough inspection and is accompanied by photographs to ensure the condition. We will send you the photos of the item you purchased for your confirmation before we ship the item. This diligent process guarantees that no concerns are left unnoticed before the item is prepared for shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All clearance, sales, and marked down items are not returnable, not exchangeable, and not refundable. "Final Sale" is noted on the description of the items that are not returnable. We encourage you to carefully review the posted photos and reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have before making a purchase. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at opulentlybeautiful@gmail.com.

Return Restrictions:

Opulent Luxury LLC diligently monitors all customer return activity and reserves the right to decline any return that exhibits damage or is not in the same condition as when it was purchased. Rest assured, we have documented photographs of each item prior to packing and shipping. Any fraudulent returns will be considered illegal and subject to legal consequences.

Please note that Opulent Luxury LLC cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to your returns during transit until the moment they are received and inspected by Opuluxellc.

 

Once your item(s) reach our hands, we will promptly confirm the receipt of each item and inspect them for their original condition.
